The EDX VZV Verification Panel has been calibrated using digital PCR.  The panel offers a wide dynamic range.  The EDX VZV Verification Panel is formulated using a Synthetic CSF Matrix of the highest quality to ensure lot to lot reproducibility.

INTENDED USE:
The EDX VZV Verification Panel is a standard for various molecular assays. The EDX VZV Verification Panel is used to establish points of reference (qualitative and quantitative) that are used in the determination of values in the measurement of Varicella Zoster Virus DNA, “VZV”.  The EDX VZV Verification Panel allows operators to test the entire process of a molecular assay and train operators.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The EDX VZV Verification Panel is reported in copies per milliliter (cp/mL).  The verification panel members are developed using heat inactivated Varicella Zoster DNA virus. The EDX VZV Verification Panel is formulated in a Synthetic CSF Matrix.
